Registration Fees

For Indian Authors

Students (UG/PG/PhD) : ₹ 2,500/- (up to 12 pages) + 18% GST

Academicians/Industry Personals : ₹ 4,000/- (up to 12 pages) + 18% GST

Attendees : ₹ 500/- + 18% GST


For Authors from abroad

Attendees : $50 + 18% GST

Students/Academicians/Industry Personals : $ 200 (up to 12 pages) + 18% GST


Note:

  • Maximum paper length permitted under regular fee is 12 pages only. After 12 pages, ₹ 500/- per page extra amount will be charged for India authors whereas $10 per page will be charged for foreign authors. Maximum permitted paper length is 20 pages (including regular paper length(12 pages)+ extra pages(8 pages)).

  • GST@18% is levied on all fee types.

  • All the authors/attendees are required to calculate the application registration fee using the following:

Final Registration Fee = (Regular Registration Fee + (No. of Extra Pages * Per Page Extra Charge, if any)) * 1.18 (GST @ 18%)

E.g., If the author is registering under Students (UG/PG/PhD) with 14 pages of cameraready manuscript then

  • Registration Fee = ₹ 2,500/- (up to 12 pages),

  • Extra Page Fee = ₹ 1,000/- (for 2 pages)

Final Registration Fee = (₹ 2,500/- + (2 * ₹ 500)) * 1.18 = ₹ 4,130/-

Author Registration for MIND-2021 Conference

  • After making the payment, all the authors are required to register through the following link:

  • To ensure publication of a paper in the Proceedings, at least one author has to register by submitting a normal registration fee within deadline.

  • Registration fee is non-refundable.

  • All the authors are required to register before the following given deadline:

Early Registration Deadline: 25th November 2021 (Mon) 11:59:59 PM (IST)

Final registration Deadline: 7th December 2021 11:59:59 PM (IST)
